Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped from our partner workshops.

Shipping times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 8–14 business days
Europe: 6–12 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 / €50. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 / €4.99 applies.

Customs and import fees (US orders)
All orders to the US are shipped with duties and import fees prepaid — no surprise charges at delivery.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
