Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return
Please contact us first at contact@alignment-core.com before sending anything back. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a dedicated prepaid return label and instructions tailored to your order. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@alignment-core.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
